Refund Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to SocialGrovv monthly subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Elite, and King) sold through Link, a Stripe service, and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. How Payments Are Processed
Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe service, which acts as merchant of record. Stripe calculates and collects applicable sales tax/VAT, processes payments and issues receipts. Your card statement will show LINK.COM* SOCIALGROVV. SocialGrovv does not store your full card number.
2. Free Trial
The trial lasts 7 days, includes 100 credits, and requires a payment card. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to the paid monthly plan you selected and the first charge is made.
3. First Paid Charge
You can request a full refund within 48 hours of the first paid charge, provided that no credits have been used in that paid period. If any credits from the paid period have been used, we cannot refund that charge, apart from the cases in Sections 5 and 6 and your statutory rights.
4. Renewals & Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing (also under Account & billing in Settings). Cancellation stops future renewals.
- After you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We do not refund partial months or credits that have been used.
- Credits reset each billing period, do not roll over, and have no cash value.
5. Failed Generations
If a generation fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. A request we refuse is not charged.
6. Billing Errors
Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and other billing errors are always refunded in full.
7. UK & EU Consumers
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel a digital service within 14 days. When you ask us to start the service immediately and then use it, this right may be lost or reduced to the extent the law allows, and we ask you to acknowledge this when you start your trial. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the law of your country.
8. Violations
If we terminate your account for a serious or repeated breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, we may decline to refund the current paid period, subject to your statutory rights.
9. How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and include your plan name and the charge date.
- Link support: support.link.com.
You can also request a refund through Link support (support.link.com). Approved refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method. Because the 48-hour window is short, please contact us as soon as you see the charge. We aim to reply within 3 days. Your bank may take several business days to show a refund.
